Outdoors on the Tuck Event Cache

This is an event to see the opening of the new bridged to the Jackson County Greenway (hopefully it will be done).  We will meeting at the Locust Creek Launch Park just off Route 107 near Sylva, NC.    We will meet at 1 PM until about 2 PM.  There is a cache at the event site as well as others on the Greenway. 

We will be meeting up to gather to see the new bridge across the Tuck which connects the launch park with the 1 mile greenway.  There is plenty of parking as well as restrooms.  We are planning to put out 3-4 new caches that day in addition to the ones on the greenway.  The bridge and greenway are wheel chair accessible with the Greenway 2 miles round trip.  For those paddlers, this is a launch area for the river with one cache in the river about 1/2 mile downstream.
