This is the third event in the Inconvenient series and will be held Saturday June 11th from 7:30-8:30 AM at Fort Adams State Park. Last summer I learned about the Swiss Village Foundation in Newport and was fascinated by the place and what they do there. They have a visitors day once a year that I knew I wanted to attend the next time it was held. I decided to host this little hangout prior to the Swiss Village's visitors day this year for anyone who may be interested in checking it out, although that is not required to attend this event. Fort Adams was a natural choice considering it's one of Rhode Island's nicest parks and there will also be trolleys running between Fort Adams and the Swiss Village, all free of charge. As far as what makes this inconvenient, well, I'm sure many would consider 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning pretty inconvenient, and this will be particularly inconvenient for me as I will be aiming to fit this all in prior to heading to Wakefield, MA for an event there at noon.
