On your left you can see a large stream joining the Buffalo River. This is Cazenovia Creek.
Cazenovia Creek flows into the Buffalo River about six miles above Lake Erie. The east and west branches of Cazenovia Creek originate in southern Erie County and join near the village of East Aurora. The total drainage area of the creek is 138 square miles and includes agricultural and wooded areas.
Water access only. Bring your boat (kayak recommened for this trail) and enjoy the history of the Buffalo River.
