The Farmers 5: Many thanks to all the teams and about 60 people that attended the Monte Christo event. Two groups of 17 completed the tour and learned plenty about the house history.

Geocache Description:

Australia's most famous Haunted House in the Riverina town of Junee will host a Geocaching Event on a dark and eerie Saturday afternoon in September for all daring geocachers .


Haunted Haunted
The event will commence at 1.30pm sharp on September 3rd , in the Tourism Building of Monte Christo and conclude at 3.00pm. After a big day of caching and events , plenty of socialising will take place . We will supply nibbles on the event tables free during the event.There will be a free raffle for all attendees.

There will be a log book supplied which is optional to sign. After the geocaching event ,a organised private Historical Tour , with ghost stories will take place exclusive to geocachers. We will collect the entry fee on the event tables. All Adults and children are welcome at the discounted $10 cash only price , per person for the walking tour.

The Ghost Tour is not compulsory. We would like to know numbers in advance as more than likely, multiple tours will be conducted by your hosts. . There will be a minding service by us, if parents wish to do the tour and have the kids minded . The first tour will leave at 2pm and the second one shortly . Tours are approx' 1 hour in duration. Names will be entered on tours via date of Will Attends.

We look forward to your " Will Attend " and attendance to an exciting day and night time experience in Junee. Please inform in your Will Attend , how many people are nominating for the Ghost Tour. A dinner at the local Commercial Hotel is booked for 6.00 pm on conclusion of the events and more caching. . Don't forget to support the other event in Junee on the same day at 11.00 am , GC6JP1M, Licorice and Chocolate .
