Cala Fornells es un complejo turístico en la isla de Mallorca, situado en la región suroeste de la isla, que pertenece a Peguera (Calvià). La urbanización se encuentra en la zona noroeste de la bahía de Santa Ponça (Ensenada de Santa Ponça), enfrente de las islas Malgrats. A través de la arquitectura del arquitecto ruso Pedro Otzoup, Cala Fornells ganó popularidad. El estilo poco habitual de los apartamentos en Aldea Cala Fornells recuerda a los pueblos de México. Estas casas son todas muy similares en cuanto al color, el material y el estilo; pero si tenemos en cuenta el tamaño, los compartimentos y muchos otros detalles como las chimeneas, ventanas y balaustradas, todas y cada una de ellas es única y singular. Ninguna de ellas se asemeja a la siguiente. Callejuelas y escaleras atraviesan los patios separando las casas.

Cala Fornells ist eine Ferienanlage im Südwesten der Balearen Insel Mallorca und gehört zur Gemeinde von Peguera (Gemeinde Calvià). Die Anlage liegt im nordwestlichen Teil der Bucht von Santa Ponça (Ensenada de Santa Ponça, gegenüber der Malgratinsel (Illa del Malgrat).
Bekannt wurde Cala Fornells durch die Architektur des russischen Architekten Pedro Otzoup, der hier die Apartmentanlagen Aldea Cala Fornells in ungewöhnlicher (an mexikanische Pueblos erinnernde) Bauweise errichtet hat. Die einzelnen Häuser dieser Anlage sind in Farbe, Material und Stil einheitlich, aber in Größe, Aufteilung und vielen kleinen Details wie Schornsteinen, Fensteröffnungen oder Balkonbrüstungen unterschiedlich gebaut, so dass die Anlage nicht den typischen monotonen Gesamteindruck einer Feriensiedlung hinterlässt.
Keine Wohnungseinheit gleicht somit der anderen. Alles ist eng ineinander verschachtelt und schmiegt sich zwischen Pinienbäumen und gepflegten Vorgärten, verbunden durch kleine und schmale Gassen und Treppen an den Hang.

Cala Fornells is a holiday complex on Mallorca island in the south west region and belongs to Peguera (City Calvià). The urbanization is located in the north western area of Santa Ponça’s bay (Ensenada de Santa Ponça), opposite of Malgrat island (Illa del Malgrat). Through the architecture of the russian architect Pedro Otzoup Cala Fornells became popular. The non usual style of the apartments in Aldea Cala Fornells reminds of mexican pueblos. Regarding color, material and style these houses are all very similar, but in size, compartments and many other details as chimneys, windows and balustrades each and every place is very unique. No unit looks as the next one. Little alleys and stairs are passing through the front yards separating the houses.
