Take a look in the water near GZ and see all the potholes. This is a small lock n lock hanging in a cedar.
Water geocaching can be a lot of fun, but comes with some unique challenges. Please check wind speed and direction. It can mean all the difference in the world while paddling. This geocache is going to require a long paddle on a lake that can sometimes be very windy. Please plan your adventure carefully, on a day that has wind speeds of VR 5, or 10-15 km all day, and preferrably from the S or SE, though you will probably face a west wind on the way home. We suggest you do not go at all if the wind speed is greater than 20 km or has gusts of 30-40 km. Have fun and stay safe. Cachers have talked about this location being a great spot for an Earthcache. We might get around to that eventually. In the meantime, we will keep it a traditional. But take a few minutes to pause and reflect here. How did those potholes get there ??
