Lough Muckno - Boat House II - Elementary Mystery Cache

This cache is placed on Lough Muckno using a kayak. Please note that Jet Skis and similar are not allowed on the Lough. This cache was placed by kayak and you will need something similar to access it. It should only be attempted while observing the usual safety precautions for water based activities.

Coordinates are provided for the nearest public slipway. There are picnic tables available there.

This cache replaces the original one on this small island. It was a traditional and vanished 3 times, despite the last time being tied on with wire! The idea of the puzzle is to see if its casual vandalism.  I intend my caches to be found so if you need help please contact me after the FTF is gone. 

The puzzle should be straight forward to most cachers.
