Someone needs to keep any wrong doers from harming the parks eco-system. The Punisher patrols these parts with vigilance, collecting trophies from his adversaries who do not respect mother nature. His pet peeve seems to be those that race loud and obnoxious vehicles through the park upsetting it's natural order, and not to mention, his own peace within it. Keep your eyes open, you may be lucky enough to find his treasure trove of his most recent trophies.
Putnam Valley Park has quite extensive trails, yet not enough geocaches to find a reason to explore them. Follow the trails as they lead down by a pond and explore the beauty of nature. The small geocache is hidden off the trails by marker, make sure to look around.
