I used to see this Windmill when I lived in Addison a few years ago. I would always walk by it a barely give it a second glance. The entire Addison Circle area is just a lovely place to walk, jog, bike, take the dog out. When I walked around this area again today, I knew I had to share it with others. Read the plaque directly below the top to get the meaning behind the name.
The cache is a small circular container. It has an interesting log in it, but nothing else, so BYOP. Please place the cache exactly where you found it. It's the only spot that has reasonable obsfucation.
