Another small bridge in area

Raudteeviadukti kõrval olev jalakäijate sild ühendab raudteega paralleelseid Seebi ja Alajaama tänavat. 1996. aastal hakati ehitama Tammsaare tee pikendust, et vähendada kesklinna liikluskoormust. Pikendusele rajati esimene kahetasandiline ristmik Tammsaare teel. Tammsaare tee pikendus valmis 30. septembril 1997.a. Pikendus algab Tammsaare tee ja Tondi tänava ristmikult ning kulgeb kuni Järvevana teeni. Teepikenduse ehitamine kestis koos kaevetööde, raudteesilla ehituse ja haljastamisega 17 kuud. Selle aja jooksul valmis 1,7 kilomeetrit teed, millel on kummaski suunas kaks sõidurada, samuti ehitati kahetasandiline liiklussõlm, jalakäijate sild ja tunnel. Pedestrian bridge next to the railway crossing is connecting running in parallel to the railway , Seebi and Alajaama streets. In 1996 the building of Tammsaare tee extension was started , to decrease traffic intensity in city. On this extension the first two-plane traffic crossing was built on Tammsaare street. Extension was ready on 30th of September 1997. It starts on the cross connection of Tammsaare and Tondi street and runs until Järvevana street. The building of it took 17 months including digging , building of railway bridge and planting trees and bushes. During that time 1.7 km of street was built , having two traffic lines in both direction , and as well two-plane traffic crossing , pedestrian bridge and tunnel was built.
