I've always quietly loved this building, It has this air about it that I'm drawn to. For some twisted reason the biggest thing it reminds me of is Ayn Rand, her books always revolve around socially broken individuals who are being shunned socioeconomically due to lack of charisma, not because of their skills. Somewhat naive in modern day America, although there's something awfully romantic about this notion of simply doing the best you can towards your passion while the fruits of ones loins fall from the sky.
The Garner Ayres is something refined, timeless, and strong, a beautiful unconventional building. Yet as I type this, it remains without tennant. This is a relatively easy park and grab, your geosenses will tingle like mad. Do not park on Ionia Street, the traffic is heavy during the day, at any point during the day. I prefer for you to get this at night, and I encourage you to have common sense.
Whenever you reach your lowest point, or you wander in confusion.. imagine me walking up to you and asking, "Who is John Galt?" Your frustraitions will ruin you but the answer can be grand. Remember, if change was easy.. everyone would do it.
