Geocache Description:

A small quick cache and dash with amazing views!

This is a small box in a bag hidden on the mountain road from Prenteg to Cwn Ystradllyn.  The Cache is hidden near a Cattlegrid with room for one or two cars to park and has views out across the sea with a view of The Cob that runs from Porthmadog across the Estuary to Boston Lodge and carries the Ffestiniog Railway across the Cob.  if you choose the right time of day you will be able to see the Steam Train cross the Cob.  But even without the trains there are stunning views from here so don't forget to take your camera!

Please be aware that this is open hillside where sheep run free so please ensure that geohounds are on a lead and kept under strict control.  And please be careful of any traffic that may be using the road.  This cache is not hidden in any of the walls or the cattle grid itself.
