Hong Kong Scouts has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region management several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters of the Sham Shui Po West District, which is under the Kolwoon Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
Sham Shui Po West District was established on 1st July 1992. Nowadays, there are 30 Scout groups within the District with over 1500 members.
Area such as Pak Tin, Shek Kip Mei, Sham Shui Po, Li Cheng Uk, Cheung Sha Wan and Lai Chi Kok are within the Sham Shui Po West District.
District Badge
The design of the district badge is the image of the old District Scout HQ when the District was formed in 1992.
The old District HQ was the Kerosene Station for residents in So Uk Estate.
