The business manager here knows about geocaching and was thrilled and more than happy to allow us to place this cache in the parking lot. Out of respect, I'm going to make this ridiculously easy- no need to have several cachers searching around the area for a long time.
It's an LPC cache, hidden within view of the business' front door. Be sure to smile and wave when you make the find during business hours. 
I averaged the coords using 3 samples, with the last adjustment being zero, so coords should be good. Satellite reception may be a lil spotty due to the billboard overhead.
Parking is available nearby, including an immediately-adjacent handicapped parking spot. Cache is a waterproof matchbox, so please BYOP. Stealth is needed more when customers are near. The business staff is aware that the cache is here.
