Horseshoe Pass Traditional Cache

The Horseshoe Pass is a mountain pass. The A542 from Llandegla to Llangollen runs through this pass and reaches a maximum height of 417m. The views on this road are spectacular. Cache placed with the kind permission of Denbighshire County council

This a drive-by placed by a parking spot with fantastic views. Please ensure you pull off the road into the parking bay before finding this cache as this road is narrow enough! It can also be very busy in the height of the summer. The road is often closed during the winter months due to snow and landslides. Do not attempt this cache if the road is closed.
