A Commissioned Cache Traditional Cache

Should be a quick find in a nice neighborhood park.

I placed this cache while construction was not yet complete. I had hope that would be a statue commemorating my achievement of the "Mayor of Niles" challenge   =^. .^= but not to be. Instead it commemorates past commissioners of the park district.
