This cache is placed in of one of Spartanburg County’s newest parks. There is an abundance of fun activities throughout the park, from a playground, Tournament-class 27 basket disc golf course, and baseball fields, but in this area you may find yourself tucked away from the most of the muggles.
We placed this cache to help celebrate and support National Get Outdoors Day, a new annual event to encourage healthy, active outdoor fun.
As geocachers, we already take advantage of the outdoors often, but here is a great chance to play in one of Spartanburg's newest county parks, and enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer!
Be cautious as you make your way here. You are looking for a *special* feature at the listed coordinates that you will use in your calculations to find the final. (The location should be obvious as you make your approach!)
At this location, locate the RED object and count the number of fasteners used to attach it. (Since it has fallen off, I guess it needed more than seven...)
Add this number to the following NORTH Coordinates: N35° 03.461
Subtract this number from the following WEST Coordinates: W82° 10.037

You are looking for a camo'd lock-n-lock container, shielded from casual view.
