Coords will bring you to a green three story apartment building. Cache is located in a covered area on the ground level, it is VERY easy to see!
There are three ziplocks inside: one for log+pencil+sharpener, one for trackables items, and ones for trading swag+toys
Hide a rock cache and/or rite in rain pen for FTF! (Hide it so I can come find it again!)
