A big shout out to the Ground Fox Crew. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!
Here it is the GFTT (Ground Fox Tribute Trail). Knowing how much they like the vinyl logs and the tiny tubes we tried to use as many of them as possible (yuk, yuk). We are eager to please.
I think all of us can agree that Ground Fox has done a tremendous amount for the local caching community. Was in the neighborhood and decided to answer their plea for more hides in the area. If you want a challenge then hit the GF hides in the WMA's but if you just want a few numbers here you go.
A few notes related to this series:
1 – All caches contain only a vinyl log. A permanent marker works best here. To complete this series tweezers would come in extremely handy. Due to the size of the log – initials or team names are preferred to save space.
2 – This stretch of road can be busy at times. There is plenty of room to pull off the road and remain on the paved surface. Exercise caution and pull completely off the road.
3 – This is a series of park and grabs. We have intentionally not called this nor intended it to be a power trail. The containers have been chosen and customized for each type of hide. Please use standard caching etiquette and do not roll containers or logs.
You are looking for a RX Bottle hidden in a geo-obvious spot. Once again they contain only a vinyl log. Permanent markers work best here. Ball point pens leave only dents – dents are acceptable – not leaving your mark is not. Coordinates have been averaged to within 10'. Your results may vary but I have already told you and provided a photo of where they are.
