Denne veien går mot noen av fjellområdene i Norge, og den er mye brukt av turister som skal til fjellet. Noen av fjellområdene denne veien går til er Vikerfjell, Filefjell og Jotunheimen, i Aurdal har de noen små fjellområder. Det er mange som har hytter på disse fjellene, og mange av de bruker veien gjennom Ådal. Denne rasteplassen er blant de første i Ådal. Her finnes det ikke noe annet enn noen benker, ingen infotavler eller lekeapparater. Var tidligere et toalett uten vann her. Etter besøk på rasteplassen er det bare å ønske god tur oppover Ådalen.
NB: Denne kan kun tas for nordgående trafikk. Det er ikke lov å krysse veien for de som kjører sørover.
This road is going to some of the most known mountains in Norway, the road is much used by tourists who are going to the mountains. Some of the mountains this road goes to is Vikerfjell, Filefjell and Jotunheimen, in Aurdal, they have small mountain areas. It is many who have huts on these mountains, and many of them are using the main road throught Ådal. This picnic-area are one of the first one you come here in Ådal; here is it only picnic-tables, no information or playground equipments; there was a toilet (no water) here. After your visit on the picnic-area, have a pleasant Journey at Ådalen.
NB: This cache can only been found for traffic going north. It is not allowed to cross the road for south-going traffic.
