Over Memorial Day Weekend 2016, kcepenn and TheYoders2012, set-off on short adventure along the Tanbark Trail.... a little cache maintenance was done, lots of laughs were had, and a series of five new caches were placed!!
This portion of the Tanbark Trail, from Route 337 to Route 62, is a fairly easy three mile hike, starting off mostly flat, then leading up a slight incline, before resuming to another flat section, and concluding with a mildly steep down-hill descent. The trail itself is a beautiful hike through the forest, with lots of opportunities for wildlife sightings, and a family friend series of caches!!
