Langsua nasjonalpark med tilliggende verneområder ble opprettet 2011, som en utvidelse av tidligere Ormtjernkampen nasjonalpark. Nasjonalparken på 537,1 km2 er omgitt av landskapsvernområdene Haldorbu, Storlægret, Dokkfaret og Espedalen på tilsammen 284,5 km2 og naturreservatene Kjølaåne, Røssjøen, Skardberga, Oppsjømyra, Hynna og Hersjømyrin på tilsammen 178,8 km2. Verneområdene hører til kommunene Øystre Slidre, Nord-Aurdal, Nordre Land, Gausdal, Sør-Fron og Nord-Fron i Oppland.

Langsua National Park and adjacent protected areas were founded i 2011, as an extension of former Ormtjernkampen National Park. The National Park, enclosing 537,1 km2 is surrounded by Landscape Preservation Areas Haldorbu, Storlægret, Dokkfaret and Espedalen, of totally 284,5km2 and the Nature Reserves Kjølaåne, Røssjøen, Skardberga, Oppsjømyra, Hynna and Hersjømyrin of totally 178,8 km2. The protected areas belong to the municipalities Øystre Slidre, Nord-Aurdal, Nordre Land, Gausdal, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron, all situated in County Oppland.
