Geocache Description:

Caltrans in their infinite wisdom decided to close these on and off ramps 3 years ago much to our chagrin.

Years ago one could travel from west Santa Rosa to Windsor and beyond via Fulton Rd and on to the 101 on-ramp and vice versa. Then one day Cal trans decided that was too easy. They had to muddy the waters. So, in June of 2013 it became more difficult to get to Highway 101. They closed these on and off-ramps. Now one has to either go via Airport Boulevard or River Road to get to Fulton Rd. We have found this to be majorly inconvenient. Six of one half a dozen of the other, they both take longer. This cache is dedicated to all the old-time local cachers who know what we mean...

We tried to place this where there is no PO,... but that can change. Always be prepared.
