This is part of a series of memorial caches to the Bev half of bevandbarry who sadly passed away from cancer in Oct 2015.
I decided now was time to put a few caches around some of our favourite spots. She loved caching so I hope she will like these.
We came here and watched the Red Kites, who would sit on the fence posts going up the hill in front of you. They also regularly flew overhead a few years ago and they would roost very close to this spot. We once saw over 60 circling around and regularly saw over 30. There don't seem to be many here now but fortunately they no longer need to be protected and are spreading far and wide.
