KnC had a cache here for a long time, Stepping up to Castlewood. I had a brief look for it in 2012, but it had gone missing; they replaced it before I was next back in town in 2013, and I was glad for a nearby cache to help keep my streak alive. Then a bit later a couple folks weren't able to find it, and the cache got archived. The good news, though, is that their replacement cache is still there! I walked out along the trail to find a nearby cache, and I took a look for this one as well. There it was, right where I found it in 2013! I have enjoyed a number of KnC caches, and I figured that it would be nice to get this location and their container back into play. If you found KnC's cache, you'll have an easy smiley after you come back and sign the new log. Note that I tweaked the coords a little from the original; the cache is not on the houses side of the trail.
Be aware of the many cyclists that use this trail; the hill you'll be walking up often has mountain bikes heading downhill very fast. Be courteous and stay to the sides of the trail. Also note that the trail is steep and can be muddy when it rains; maybe wait a day or two after significant rainfall.
