Stage 1 Starting point
This is the first sightseeing multi in Athens, I hope you will enjoy it. Sophia is very excited because Ballycumber has come to visit ... She will show you around town.

Stage 1 Starting point
This is the first sightseeing multi in Athens, I hope you will enjoy it. You can do it all in one afternoon, but I would recommend to do it in several steps to be able to better enjoy the sights. It will take you about 2 hours walking time without the sightseeing stops. You do NOT have to pay entrance fees to complete the stages (To get to stage 8 you have to pay, but they are not mandatory to finish the multi). Have fun!
Dies ist der erste Sehenswürdigkeiten-Multi in Athen, ich hoffe, er macht Euch Spaß. Ihr könnt ihn an einem Nachmittag durchziehen, ich rate Euch aber, ihn in mehreren Teilen zu machen, damit ihr mehr Zeit habt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu genießen. Zeitdauer insgesamt ca. 2 Stunden reine Laufzeit, ohne Pausen. Ihr könnt alle notwendigen Fragen beantworten, OHNE Eintritt zu zahlen (Stage 8 kostet zwar Eintritt, ist aber fakultativ). Ich wünsche Euch viel Spaß!
Stage 2 (Syntagma Square):

Important: You should come here at 10 min. before the full hour (e.g. 10:50 am) to enjoy the changing of the guards. There are changings every hour in the day, but on Sundays it is the official ceremony with the old official costumes. So every Sunday morning at 11 am, people gather in Syntagma Square to watch the official changing of the guards, the military unit whose members stand proudly in perfect stillness in front of the Hellenic Parliament.
Wichtig. Du solltest unbedingt 10 Min. vor der vollen Stunde herkommen (z.B. um 10:50 Uhr), da du dann den die Wachablösung der Garde bewundern kannst. Sie findet jeden Tag zur vollen Stunde statt. Aber etwas ganz Besonderes ist die Wachablösung immer sonntags um 11:00 Uhr, denn dann tragen die Soldaten die originalen historischen Uniformen. Das ist wirklich ein Erlebnis! Komm rechtzeitig vorher, sonntags kann hier sehr viel los sein!!
