Geocache Description:

Former location of the Loop 281 Trailer Park plowed under by new Longview development.

The Loop 281 Trailer Park was, at one time, about the only thing located in this general area along Loop 281.  The new development is a positive change to be sure, but I still remember this large trailer (excuse me), mobile home park.  But then I also remember the vacant parcel of land that is now the Longview Mall.  I beleive the East Texas Professional Credit Union was the first modern business that sprouted up here before any other developement reached this part of Loop 281.  Also I just decided to place another local urban style cache in a location that requires a little less stealth than some of the others nearby.  Enjoy
