This is a neat little spot that I noticed on our way out from staying at Waihaha Hut. We thought it deserved a cache so scratched together a container and log. Bring your own pen.
This is a lovely walk, not too steep or tricky. Lots of things to look at and now another cache along the way. You will need to leave the main track to access this waterfall. The cache is hidden at the top of the waterfall. Fairly obvious where to go, but have included waypoints at two spots you could leave the trail. Follow the small trail up and enjoy the lovely clear stream.
Take care as you could encounter mountain bikers, hunters, trampers, pigdogs, and possums on your way here (depending on what time of the day you do this walk)
