Geocache Description:

Rustplaats met zicht op de luchthaven. Met wat geluk zie je een vliegtuig landen

De Prins Roselaan is niet genoemd naar één of andere onbekende telg uit onze Koninklijke familie, maar naar een renpaard. Prince Rose werd in 1928 geboren in Engeland en in 1929 gekocht door een Belgische fokker. In België groeide de hengst uit tot de superster onder de renpaarden: in 1931 won hij de Grand Prix de Bruxelles en de Grand International d’Ostende (op de Wellingtonrenbaan). Prince Rose overleed in 1944.
