How Monkey met Spinach

In 2008, they met the old-fashioned way – with Spinach telling Monkey this calculus joke at a bar:

x² threw a party and invited all the other variables and functions. It was going great: π was beating the decimals off of φ at beer-pong, cosine and sine were on a tangent about getting back together, and i was so wasted no one could even understand him. But x² was worried. e^x was all alone in the corner. So x² went over and said, "Hey e^x why don't you mingle?" And e^x replied, "I don't integrate."

On their first Xmas together, Monkey gave Spinach a geocaching adventure pack (wrapped in Calvin and Hobbes comics no less) and so began their geocaching adventures on 12JAN2010!

And the adventure continues to this day!
