The starting point of this cache takes you to the gravestone of someone I knew that was designated to graduate in May the year he died. The same year I graduated. He died over spring break in a car accident. Some of the people in the Zeeland High School marching band got together to grieve with one another.
His parents requested that the band play at the funeral. Any parades that the band marched in for the remainder of the school year, a spot was left open for Carlos as a way to remember him. Once the grave was placed, a small group of us went out there to see the stone. At the time of Graduation, a seat was left open and his parents accepted his diploma on his behalf.
I will always remember the day Carlos died. I still remember it like it was yesterday. The day I heard about the accident. The day a small group of people from the marching band got together in the band room. The day we went out to the intersection where the accident happened. The day when the band played at the funeral and the day we went out to see his gravestone. I even remember how quiet the graduation ceremony got when his parents went up to get his diploma on his behalf.
To get the coordiantes for the final, you will have to get some infromation off of the gravestone itself. Only include the letters on the stone itself. Do not include any lettering you can see in the picture of Carlos or the lettering on the small rock on the base of the gravestone.
