THIS IS A CACHE AND DASH SERIES IN AN AREA IN NEED OF CACHES.

I’m placing a quick C&D series at a local area that might use some geo love. For some reason CO’s seem to be afraid to cross the river. Easton is loaded with caches but Phillipsburg is being treated like the ugly geo stepchild.
