Geocache Description:

Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.  Don't go there unless you'd like to swim to take a boat ride.

This cache is part of a series called "Flag Day in Flag City."  Findlay, Ohio, is officially designated "Flag City, U.S.A." and is the Flag Capital of the United States.  As such, it seemed only fitting that there be a flag GeoArt in the area to commemorate this fact.

All cache GZs have accessible parking at the reservoir, in a park, or in a cemetery.  Please only go for the cemetery finals during daylight hours, and respect all posted hours at any parks.

Ohio consists of 88 counties, each having an average population of just over 130,000, the smallest being Vinton County (13,435) and the largest being Cuyahoga County (1,280,122). The counties do not vary drastically in size, with the smallest (Lake) being approximately 228 sq. mi. and the largest (Ashtabula) being approximately 702 sq. mi.

To find the final, translate each flag into a 2 digit number- for the 4th flag, add 1 to your result. The final string of numbers will be your coordinates.
