Welcome to Devil's Tears, a sparsely vegetated outcrop of land with dramatic limestone cliffs, on the west coast of Nusa Lembongan. Devil's Tears is situated right next to the stunning Dream Beach, where turtles play in the waves and lay their eggs on the beach. This is a magnificent spot to visit. Devil's Tears provides an area with many viewing spots for watching the massive swell crash against the cliffs below and spray high into the air. I believe that the sunsets are spectacular from here as well.
I have placed this cache to encourage visitors to explore the island. The cache blends in to its environment well and is partially covered by a rock at the base of some spiky plants. The plants here are hardy coastal plants with spikes on their thick leaves, so please take care not to get too close to the plant when retrieving the cache. ***YOU WILL NEED TO BYO PEN.***
