Quequechan Rail Trail #5 Traditional Cache

This trail was such a nice surprise I never would have guessed it was this pretty from the highway. I was always curious about it as I watched it's transition from a broken down railroad to the beautiful trail that it is now. I'm glad I was able to see it this way. There is still a bit of trash to be seen but they have been working hard to remove it and continue to clean it up. When we went to hide these cahces, the crews were out planting trees and cleaning the trail of trash.

This area which used to be train tracks has been given a complete face lift! It is now a beautiful bike path/walking path. There is plenty to see and do in this park/ rail trail. There is fishing in the pond, basketball at the parking area, a large soccer field and of course bike riding and walking the trail. This area has plenty of wildlife to see along the beautiful trails and bridges. The fifth cache in the series is located on the Rodman Street path just along the trail on the other side of the tracks, near a chain link fence, and placed near a large rock. No need to go near the fallen fence section, as it seems a little dangerous. Please rehide as you found it.
