The troll who lives beneath this bridge is willing to share his treasure, but he asks that you pay the toll if you wish to cross. Take one or leave one… this cache is designed for trading travel bugs. Depending on the time of year and water in the creek, this one could seem a little more difficult to access, but even in the rush of spring, I was able to access the hiding spot without getting wet.
This cache wass one of fifty placed for the annual GeoTahoeSouth event held each June for several years in South Lake Tahoe. We had a lot of fun and created a lot of caches. This is one of my favorite spots in the meadow and desreves a visit!
Please do not leave any items in the cache that carry a scent, Tahoe is Bear country. Bring a pen.
