Submarine Stash Traditional Cache

This should be nice quick and easy find for people new to geocaching, a short walk from the parking at the near by dog park.
FTF goes to Hildz. The "Submarine Stash" earns its name from the fact that it is one of the first if not the first geocache location to go underwater when the river breaks its banks. This small container is located not to far from the parking area at the nearby dog park but is far enough away that you shouldn't attract any unwanted attention from people in the area. This should be an easy find for anyone with some geocaching experience and would be a great cache for anyone newer to geocaching. Remember to byo pen and that this cache only has room for very small swaps. Also note that this cache will be removed in the case of flooding and replaced once the water subsides.
