A nice walk to enjoy the sights and sounds of Snake Hill. As you travel watch for the reason the area is named such. I so enjoy nature and came across a rattler that was a bit over 3 feet and as big around as my lower arm. If you should see a rattler or copperhead show them respect by giving them their area. Rattlers are slow movers whereas copperheads are fast. Enjoy your walk and the cache. If you are lucky you could see a rider on horseback but I doubt it. The WMA guys frown hard on this. The thought is the horse will scare away the animals. You should come to my pasture and look at the herd of deer and flocks of turkey that join my horse almost daily to share the food.
