Lam Fook Street Sitting Out Area is a narrow oasis in the heart of Kowloon Bay's old industrial factory buildings. Recently re-opened after a year long refurbishment (see the opposing Wang Tai Road park area in comparison), the park is quite busy during the day, especially around lunchtime. Yet as the sun sets and the thronging hordes of office workers stampede towards the Kowloon Bay MTR, the park becomes quiet and you may encounter some of Kowloon Bay's indigenous residents, such as the Brown Garden Snail. Several large snails live here and can slime their way up and down the tile surfaces deceptively quick. Unfortnately, other nocturnal denziens such as cockroaches and rats may also make an appearance. Be warned, if you are coming from the Kowloon Bay MTR between 6-7:30 PM, the bridge crossing Wai Yip Street (from Telford Garden) becomes a veritable one way street. Pushing your way against this rush hour crowd may induce claustraphobia and/or violent tendencies against the smartphone weilding zombies! The cache is accessible 24/7, some stealth may be required depending on muggle traffic. BYOP
