The best time to visit this spot is at night after everything closes down (betwen 6-7) except the Kowloon Motor Bus Depot on the corner of Wang Kwun Rd and Lam Wah St. That noise you are hearing comes from the huge fans that suction out the exhaust from inside the KMB bus depot. Don't stand underneath those fans as it is quite loud and smelly. Cross the street and look south to see the glittering lights of Megabox, a real jewel of a boutique shopping mall. The cache is available 24/7, but the GZ is very busy during working hours and extreme stealth would be required. After working hours, considerable muggle traffic still comes and goes along here, even after 11pm, so please use some steath while investigating and retrieving the cache. Watch out for the bus drivers who take their smoke breaks on the opposite street corner.
