Please respect Salish Ponds Park hours by looking for this cache only in the daytime. The black square tube with a wire should be on a tree and not on the ground. Congrats to h2owarrior for the FTF.
Please follow these simple guidelines or simply do not look for this cache:

Carefully open the container/baggie, completely seal baggie with log inside and tightly close container.
Replace cache out of plain view to same location in description/hint = simply Hide the cache.
If you do not like the posted coords then post your own but do not move the cache to a new location.
