Shin Gashi East Park is a public park recently opened on the rooftop of a facility of the Ukima Water Reclamation Center operated by the Bureau of Sewerage, Tokyo Metropolitan Government. You won't notice this is a rooftop park because it is large in area. There are soccer ground, baseball ground, playground equipment and path to stroll. There are Futsal ground ad tennis courts in a short distance away, which are also rooftop of another facility of the Center.
As this park is new, trees are young and there isn't any shade.
There are only two entrances, both of them are closed after dark. Both entrances are somewhat difficult to find out. Refer the waypoints of those entrances.

東京都下水道局の浮間水再生センターの屋上に作られた公園。芝生広場、遊歩道、児童遊具、健康具（ストレッチ器具、足つぼマッサージなど）、野球場、少年サッカー場があり、言われなければ、ここが建物の屋上だとは気付かないだろう。いや、屋上だと知っていても、それを忘れてしまう広さ。
少し離れたところにはテニスコートとフットサルコートもあり、これらもセンターの関連施設の屋上にある。
新しい公園のため植樹された木が小さく、見晴らしの良い芝生広場に見えるが、木が育てば木陰が生まれ、遊歩道もよい感じになるだろう。
公園に入る入口は2カ所しかなく、どちらも夜は閉鎖されて入れない。北赤羽駅から来るときは東側の入口、浮間舟渡駅から来ると西側の入口が便利。どちらの入り口も分かりにくいので、迷ったらウェイポイントを参照されたし。
