The black pointed tube with a wire is well hidden and not on the ground. Congrats to trailtrekn for the FTF. It appears that trailtrekn ignored the hint and all stop lights while finding this cache within 11 minutes of publication.
Note: BYOP, carefully open the container/baggie, sign the log, completely seal baggie with log inside, tightly close container and replace cache out of plain view to same location in description/hint.
