As your GPS guides you along Kai Cheung Rd, look up and use your Geosense to find the cache. The posted coordinates will get you close enough to figure out the GZ. Whatever you do, please do not follow your GPS onto the road!! Once the GZ is found, you will find yourself in a spot ideal for urban photography from several angles. By all means, post your best shot! Furthermore, this location gives a limited view of the Hong Kong Auxilary Police Headquarters' parade ground, which comes to life on certain Friday evenings. You may stand here and witness the graduation of Hong Kong's finest new cadets, complete with a live marching bagpipe band! If you have any friends or acquaintences within the Hong Kong Police force (by invitation only), a friday night in the actual parade ground stands is well worth your time. Otherwise, just stand here and enjoy the spectacle. The GZ is accessible 24/7 but beware of high muggle traffic except in the wee hours of the morning. Strech out your Geosenses to locate the cache; there is absolutely NO need to climb up or over anything. If you posses an arm, the smiley is safely within reach:) BYOP
