This geocache will bring you along one of the main arteries of the cycling network. This path will lead you to all the heart of Tampines estate.
Just a 10mins walk from the MRT station. This geocache will bring geocachers away from the busiest heartlands in the east. Dominated by 3 shopping malls, here lies ample of good food and wonderful shopping experience!
Tampines is one of the first new towns to have a complete network of cycling path under the National Cycling Plan in year 2013. No only giving peddlers easy access to amenities like the MRT station and town centre, the network runs across several major Avenues such as 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9, forming the blood veins of a larger network called the "East coastal loop". In Tampines, all the cycling paths sums up to a total of 11.3km. Iconic bicycle parks, parking sheds, bicycle tools can be found across Singapore at major towns as we develop on the National Cycling Plan.
This cache is an easy find for cyclists around this area. It is hidden in plain sight, stealth is required GL! Please do not post picture of the hide. TYVM!
