50 Years of Star Trek TB Starship Traditional Cache

"Captain's Log--Stardate 1513.1.  Our position:  orbiting planet M-113...".

Thus began the first airing of a show that would eventually become a global phenomenon.  Gene Roddenberry's vision of a future filled with hope would break ground on many issues:  racial tensions, global overpopulation, the folly of greed...oh, and tribbles!!!

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first airing on September 8, 1966 I am placing an appropriately themed container for this cache.  It is in a blue container to protect it from the elements.  Please help ensure that it stays protected by properly closing the container when you are done.  The container IS on private property (on my porch), and the neighbors know it's there.

Tricorder (ok, GPSr) ready??  Then boldly go where other cachers have gone before (unless you happen to get the FTF)...
