This is a so-called Reverse Cache. You will be able to see the distance to the cache, but not the exact location.

I assume you know what WherIGo is, and what you have to do to play the cartridge. If not, please read about WherIGo on geocacing.com or wherigo.com.
The final is not accessible with bike or car, but sure you can use a vehicle to get to the Final. It should be also okay by walking, though :) Feel free to upload a screenshot to your log of how many tries you needed to find this cache! Happy Geocahing!
