Geocache Description:

I was looking for a location to place a hide for a geocache in my 'Lost Villages' series and I had a certain village which disappeared many years ago in mind for this general area. I have since decided to take a different route for the hide and its name.

Some time back I was on a road trip with a group of fellow geocachers in Michigan when we stopped for a rest break. Two of us made an off-hand comment and since that time I have been looking for a particularly fitting location to use the name which has been attached to this hide.

Unfortunately this is not the original location which was very fitting for this name but this location is still applicable. The hide has been relocated from the west side of the park towards the southeast area of the park. This area will be very busy at times. Be aware of MUGGLES which will abound in the area during baseball season.
