The first time this was done was at Pointy Pirates at Ashborn. It was so much fun that we thought that we would do it again this year

A flash event for pirates to say goodbye and a chance for cachers who could not attend yesterday to pop along and meet up before we all set sail for other shores. We will meet in front of the library around Darwins statue just mingling and chatting then at 10.00 am with the given signal we will all point at the castle on the other side of the road and say ARRRRRRRRRRRRRR until the whistle sounds, we will then we say our goodbyes and drift away. The library is very close to the town center so you may like to have a wander round this interesting old county town. Dont forget if anyone asks why you are dressed as a pirate tell them because WE ARRRRRRRRRRR Have Fun
