Church Micro 9715 ......Staplehurst Free Church Traditional Cache

Another cache in the Church Micro Series. This is one of a number of churches in this village and is the newest. This cache is a quick cache and dash and is a small magnetic key safe type. Please place carefully back in position. The church pastor is aware of the cache. You will need your own pen to sign the log book. There is no room for trackables.

Staplehurst Free church (SFC) began as an evangelical main stream Christian housegroup in 1969 moving eventually to the old village hall in Station Road. This building was a conglomeration of old buildings which eventually were too uneconomical to repair and the decision was made to knock the old building down. The church moved into the Primary School for a period of about 5 years whilst the building of a new church began. The new building opened in December 2012. This cache has been placed by kind permission of Staplehurst Free Church.
